Unique inverse action dual syringe injects sclerosant into the vein through one syringe while simultaneoulsy aspirating blood through the second syringe-all with single hand operation.
The aspiration of blood results in negative pressure just behind the injected sclerosant which prevents uncontrolled overspill of sclerosant upstream, ensures there is no dilution of sclerosant with blood and minimises the risk of inflammation
